Attorneys work closely with a legal assistant assigned to each new estate to efficiently manage the process of estate administration for our clients. The firm handles all aspects of judicial and administrative probate as well as in-house preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. The firm represents clients in estate controversies before the Orphans’ Court and higher level courts.
